You need to setup an account with an online brokerage firm. Then you can use their stock screening tool to find good stocks priced less than $15/share . A good low cost online brokerage firm is Scottrade – I don’t use them but heard excellent reviews about them from those who use their services.
The counter but im not sure if they trade overseas securities its five hundred to open however.
