How do you automatically buy stock when it drops a certain price?
The past few days stocks have gone up a lot and I believe some are overpriced. I think a few of the ones I want will go down in price and that when I want to buy it but I won’t be at a computer for most of monday and tuesday. I was wondering if there is some way that I can set a price that I believe it will go down to and then automatically purchase it?

Looking to just pick up a few shares of stocks in specific companies. I don’t want to spend a lot of money just something where I can buy $20-30 of stock at a time in companies I like. Looking so something easy to use first time investing just want to play around a bit.

A few months ago the government asked for 700 billion dollars of tax payer money. The Bush administration said that it would use this money to buy delinquent mortages. But after it got the money, it decided to use some of it to buy stock in private banks.

In your opinion, is this a good way to use taxpayer money?

Republicans keep whining about Obama’s plan to use taxpayer money to try to revive the economy.
Republicans keep whining about Obama’s plan to use taxpayer money to try to revive the economy.
But just a few months ago the Bush Administration used taxpayer money to buy stock in banks, Wall Street firms, and insurance companies. Why didn’t Republicans whine about that?
